At Pacific Façade Installations Inc., our commitment to excellence extends well beyond the completion of your project. Every project is built with precision and care, and we believe that our responsibility continues long after the final installation is complete.

  • Project-Based Warranty
    When working in collaboration with our contracting partners, we honor the warranty period specified in the official warranty letter issued at the time of project completion, ensuring that both workmanship and materials are protected for the full duration stated in the agreement.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty
    All products we supply are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the product type and supplier. These warranties ensure that materials perform as specified under normal conditions.

  • Repair & Service
    During the warranty period, our service team provides inspection and necessary repair work in coordination with the project stakeholders. After the warranty period has ended, repair and maintenance services may be provided under a separate agreement.

  • Additional Support
    In addition to warranty and repair services, we are available to respond to inquiries related to glazing. This includes requests for inspection, adjustments, or quotations for additional glazing work, which are handled as independent service engagements.

  • Our Commitment
